a) Personal Data : This includes your physical data of height, weight, hair and eye color, social preferences, marital status, etc
b) Self Description: This section is where you describe your characteristics and also thoise your desire to see represented in your Ideal Match
c) IMBRA: Under US regulations all US persons are required to fill in an IMBRA declaration which will be translated to Chinese (or any other native language if Chinese is not the ladies language) for the lady to acknowledge by way of physical signature that she has seen and understands the declaration you have made. This is done prior to contact
d) Contact Information: Your full postal address, including zip and state, as well as your e mail address and telephone number. This information is not revealed to anyone outside the authorized personnel at Shifu Lem.
e) Information would be used by Shifu Lem to contact you to advise you of mail receipt, interest from ladies and response to your interest.
f) In addition to the above information; if the matchmaking service and introduction tours services are chosen additional information will be required.
g) Psychological profile: This is strictly confidential unless you expressly permit the results of your tests to be released. The reason for this it to better find your ideal match.
h) Webcam Introduction: this is a verbal representation of the information in section b. above
i) Personal contact information : this would include SKYPE address and other forms of contact that would be used by Shifu Lem to make contact with you.
The information provided will be in strict accordance with Shifu Lem policy and we reserve the right to change this information where it is considered obscene or unsuitable for publication. Photographs which are of a nude or obscene nature are considered unsuitable and will be deleted.
Use of Information
Information under a, b and c can be viewed by our Affiliates and ladies for the express purpose of finding an ideal partner.
Shifu Lem wil use the information provided by you and as agreed by you to assist in the search for your ideal mate.
Under certain circumstances Shifu Lem may disclose your personal data to third parties if we beleive in good faith that such disclosure is necessary because of
i) to comply with any court order served
ii) to comply with any legal process, Subpoena, Government request and directive
iii) to enforce any terms of this website
iv) to provide you with any offers and information relating to your search for an ideal partner
Update or delete profile information
This can be done at any time.
Updating of information will be subject to review by Shifu Lem prior to change. If you require your profile information deleted you simply contact us.
Visible or Hidden Profile
Under normal conditions your profile will be Visible for viewing on the Shifu Lem web page to affiliates and their lady members. However you may wish to change this status to hidden where your profile is not visible but still registered on Shifu Lem.
Credit Card and Payment Details
Your payment by credit card for Shifu Lem service is through Pay Pal and they use encryption software. As a third party service provider no information on your credit card is stored in Shifu Lem. Your details may not be sold to anyone else and your card details are only known to our processing agents - Pay Pal.
Security
Shifu Lem has a strong firewall and security features in place to prevent your personal data from circulation. However, it should be noted that Security can be breached and information stolen from any online site.
