Anti Scam Policy

We have a strict anti scam policy and we have preventative and surveillance measures in place to weed out any one who is using our site for purposes other than looking for a serious relationship.

Shifu Lem is created to be a safe platform for those intending to find their life partner and we ask our users to respect this.

For the ladies:

Our Affiliates are required to interview in person all ladies who register with Shifu Lem and they will also be identified by their ID card and mobile phone number.

Our CSO in charge if the affiliates will also speak to the ladies and check the validity of the information they receive.

In the unlikely event that a lady is found to be a scammer then her profile is immediately removed and we launch an investigation with the Affiliate and if there is found to be complicity we will suspend the affiliate.

We are fortunate to be in a position where we work with affiliates who have the same values as us and we are comfortable with their approach. However our sales staff and CSO are required to review our relationship with the affiliates on a monthly basis.

For the Gentleman:

It is a sad reflection but there are some male members whose reasons for joining will be for reason other than a serious relationship.

We do not condone this and we will immediately expel any gentleman member who looks to take advantage of the ladies. There are many other websites who would cater for them and we would strongly recommend they use these sites.
